All our products from this store are shipped from France. Any import or customs duties liable or incurred are the responsibility of the customer. I

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 21 days from the date of purchase, for an exchange, replacement, or a full refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, complete with original packaging and tags and should be accompanied by a completed Returns Slip.

Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to process any refund due. This may change during busy periods.

CHARITY RETURNS

Recycle your old Tootsa clothes – You can send us your Pre-Loved Tootsa clothes. These will be collected at our warehouse and donated to one of the charitable organisations Tootsa works with, in exchange you will receive 10% off your next Tootsa order!

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

Tootsa Macginty makes every effort to ensure that the items that you receive are in fact the items that you ordered. Unfortunately, from time to time, errors can be made in the packaging and delivery process.

If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original condition and we will forward you the correct item as quickly as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.

If there is an item missing from your order, please get in touch by email at info@tootsa.com and we will endeavour to correct any error made as quickly as possible.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@tootsa.com and provide evidence of the damage. We will send a replacement item as soon as possible.

 

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy.
